Garlic Butter Herb Steak bites with Potatoes are a simple dish full of tender garlic herb steak that melts in your mouth, it serves an entire family, ENJOY!
What you need:
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter divided butter
• 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes sliced about 1/2 inch in thickness
• 3 minced garlic cloves
• 1 tsp chopped thyme
• 1 tsp chopped rosemary
• 1 tsp chopped oregano
• 1 1/4 pounds sirloin steaks cut into 1 inch cubes
• Salt and pepper
Here’s what to do:
-Heat a large skillet on Medium High and add olive oil and butter, potatoes, garlic, thyme, rosemary and oregano. Cook for about 3mins and stir. Cook it for an additional 3mins until fork tender, remove it and set it aside on a plate.
-Turn the skillet to High, add the 1tbsp butter and steak bites. Let the steak sear for a minute and the keep stirring it until they become golden brown.
-Top the steak with fresh chopped herbs.
