Soy Baked Chicken Thighs

A simple supper prepared in no time with a heavenly nectar soy sauce. Boneless and skinless heated chicken thighs are anything but difficult to make in one skillet. The ideal end of the week recipe


3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons honey
4 cloves of garlic; minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
3 pounds chicken thighs

How to Bake Chicken Thighs:

Preheat the oven to 400F.

Marinade chicken for at least 1 hour.
After, place chicken thighs and marinate in cast iron or baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked thru, make sure to flip the chicken 1-2 times, that way the chicken will be juicy & tender without a dry top.

After flip the chicken on the other side and broil on high for 5 minutes or until a beautiful dark brown color.
