Finely chopped kale, mixed with sweet grape tomatoes, crunchy almonds, cranberries, parmesan cheese with homemade sweet and tangy salad dressing.
You will need:
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 of the shallot, diced
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
2 bundles of kale, roots cut, leaves sliced or finely chopped.
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup of sliced almonds
Eight dates, pitted and chopped, grape tomato
2 1/2 ounces of Parmesan and some cranberries
Recipe Step by Step:
1. Clean and dry the kale. Take the stems from the leaves of the calf and finely cut the leaves. Add it to the bowl
2. Break the grape tomatoes in half and add to the sliced kale.
3. In a small cup, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, miel, lime juice, salt and pepper.
4. Pour the salad dressing over the salad and blend properly. Comb with sliced almonds, cranberries and parme cheese.
